Jim and his team did great with helping us find our forever home. We were moving to Durant from Kentucky and needed to find a house before we got here. Jim immediately started sending us listings and for all the houses we liked, he went by and did a video tour inside out and we were very pleased. We went under contract twice before finally sealing the deal on the right house but each time, Jim and his team went all out to get in the house we were pursuing. Though they got the job done, however more frequent communication could’ve been beneficial to both parties. They have a system in place now, so his next client will experience frequent and up to date communication. Closing day was quick, less than 30 minutes and he gifted us with a token for our home. We love our new home and we wouldn’t have been able to say that without Jim and his team. Right location, close to schools, my job, restaurants and access to the highway.
