A lot of obstacles were met and dealt with as promised. He had sympathy for my situation and stood by me and walked me thru it. He understood the bind I was in to move forward and continued to push to meet my requirements and still close in the time period I needed, to get that all accomplished. He eased my anxiety and stress level so I was able to focus on my next steps for my new life ahead. He provided the info and analysis, allowing me to make the right decision on the asking price suitable for me based on fair market value. Thanks to both him and his associate Lexie, I was grateful for a job well done.

Jim and his team helped us tremendously. We had a bit of an odd situation with my parents moving and us selling their house. Jim came through every time and was extremely helpful with all aspects of helping and assisting with the process.

Previous realtors always provided hard copies of the contracts and info on the property we were buying. Jim was suppose to get info from the sellers on septic maintenance, well info and we did not receive any keys or keypad info.

Jim helped us locate and purchase a home while living out of state in Hawaii , he also arranged for an A/C tech to come and check the system for us to answer some questions

Even going out on more than one occasion during a winter storm to make sure we closed on time. Lexi was also incredible. Even the lender remarked to me how prompt she was with any questions we had or requests for documents. Both Jim and Lexi made it a smooth process and they'll be our first call for any real estate business we have in the future. We will also recommend them to our friends and family.
