Jim is a dedicated professional. When I was trying to buy an investment property, timing was very critical. Jim responded to my emails just minutes after I sent him the email late at night around 11:00PM. This happened several times. I was impressed by his knowledge and helpful attitude. I recommend him with no reservations.
It is with great pleasure that we write to recommend the services of Jim Mulholland. He made the process very easy and painless for us. He listened to what we wanted and did not pressure us to look beyond the parameters we set. He showed us multiple listings and was very patient with us throughout our search and was with us at closing. We would recommend Jim to any of our friends.

Sincerely Tito and Victor.
Very knowledgeable of the area. Not only helped us sell our home, but helped negotiate a great deal when building a new home.
Fortunately, the process was extremely easy. House was listed on Monday, several interested parties saw the house within days, and by Friday we had a bona fide offer, which held until closing. We were very fortunate.
Jim has 3 properties for sale and sold 7 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
