Jim was beyond excellent! We live in MA and wanted to buy a STR in Orlando and he was so incredibly helpful from start to finish. I believe showing us where not to look is even more important than just letting us pick a house we thought was nice. At the end we found a great house for a great deal and it had its headaches (not from him at all) and yet he made sure it all went smooth and went above and beyond all hours of the day (and night) ! I sold my condo in Orlando Florida not knowing what agent to choose. Jim had great marketing techniques. He also met with me and was not too aggressive but honest. I felt confident selling my condo with him. I sold quickly and for a great price!

I went with Jim initially because of the following. When I was looking into the home buying process 6 months before even going to showings because I was gauging the market, he spent almost 30-40 minutes getting getting to know me, answering questions, and understanding my goals. Other realtors just said to call them back once I was closer to looking for a home. He is a good guy and never made us feel rushed to buy a home. Some realtors in the past told us to buy a home right away if we loved it, we had that happen on day 2 and he advised he’d be happy to place an offer but to consider looking at a few more, and we did. Ended up with an extra room at the same price in a good area. During negotiations he was firm with our request, but did advise us if we needed to adjust anything in the contract to get the home we wanted. Closing and negotiations went smoothly as well and we are in our new place. Good thing about Jim too is that if you have any questions after you buy the home, his doors are always open and he can refer you to home services you may need. If you need a realtor he’s your guy.
