An agent who will go above and beyond
Jim did a great job working with me to relocate my parents from another state. Early on when I asked if he'd be interested in helping us I couldn't promise Jim a home purchase would happen. But Jim stayed with us and was patient with my parents in making this hard decision, downsizing and moving away from their home of 40+ years. Jim went the extra mile to make sure they got to Indiana to see a property they'd already showed interest in before it went pending. When the home came back on the market he was quick to ensure they got to Indiana quickly to see the property in person. Jim gave us good advice and worked with me throughout the process to secure the perfect home for them. I highly recommend Jim Linville to anyone looking to purchase a home or list your current home.
