Everyone should have Jim as THEIR realtor. He's absolutely outstanding. Because of his excellent service, we were totally comfortable buying a house in Arizona (we live in Minnesota) without a personal visit during the inspection period (I had a heart attack) . And, several months later, we still feel the same. We have the right house, at the right price, in the right location and that is entirely Jim's work. He got to know us, told us what was good and what was not good about each house we were interested in buying. He knew local conditions and considerations, provided excellent advice, and took care of all the details, enabling us to close remotely. We could call him with any questions, at any time, including after the transaction was completed. Once the home was purchased, Jim continued as a resource to advise on local contractors to replace the roof and A/C as well as other questions. We consider Jim to be a friend, as well as a consummate professional.

Jim is the hardest working, most intelligent agent I have ever encountered. We have bought and sold homes, rentals and a commercial building, giving us exposure to numerous agents in 3 states. Jim beats them all. He helped us get contractors to do significant upgrades on a rental home we were selling. He helped manage the contractors (we lived out of town). Jim even paid a contractor when my my Zelle had an issue. Jim found a stager for us. He managed that process as well. We redid a kitchen, some outdoor work, some plumbing, had the home staged, and we never set foot in the state. Jim did it all. Further, Jim subscribes to a high end market intelligence service so he has the freshest data at his fingertips. In a prior life, he managed 200+ people in the real estate/banking industry. He is a rather sharp individual. On top of that, he is a nice guy…but won’t let anyone take advantage of you. Obviously, I can’t say enough about his performance. My wife’s family has several real estate projects and they trust Jim to handle all of their real estate business…all over Phoenix.

We needed to sell our Arizona house remotely, on an unexpected timeline. Much had to be tended to successfully empty the house, coordinate repairs, get it staged, and deal with my extra car. He also helped navigate thru the crazy bidding war situation and proved to be a very savvy negotiator. What our deal needed was a superstar professional that knows how to work hard and make thing happen. I must say I'm really impressed. I'm pretty good at this stuff after my many many moves, but Jim out paced the other agents by a mile.
