Jillian and I worked together through the continuously raising costs of the housing market this past winter and spring. We started in October 2021 and unfortunately the place I wanted fell through due to HOA issues. I doubled my efforts in January and we went through 4-7 houses every weekend for months. Jillian worked hard to help me and make all of that happen. Even having virtual walkthroughs where she facetimed with me when I was sick! It was an incredibly competitive market but Jillian kept up positivity and eventually we found a place I really liked and was able to finally be the accepted offer. In the competitive market of Colorado, she was still able to get us a home we absolutely loved very quickly and in our price range (something that is EXTREMELY difficult in Colorado).
