Jillian and I worked together through the continuously raising costs of the housing market this past winter and spring. We started in October 2021 and unfortunately the place I wanted fell through due to HOA issues. I doubled my efforts in January and we went through 4-7 houses every weekend for months. Jillian worked hard to help me and make all of that happen. Even having virtual walkthroughs where she facetimed with me when I was sick! It was an incredibly competitive market but Jillian kept up positivity and eventually we found a place I really liked and was able to finally be the accepted offer. A couple we knew referred us to Jillian as they had amazing experience with her. She did an initial intake of what we were looking for in house (bedrooms, bathrooms, yard, location, etc) . She set us up with a website where it would send us alerts of any houses that met our specifications. She was very flexible and fast in getting showings scheduled. She was great help in making our offers as attractive as possible. She explained the offer process and what the details in it meant. She was masterful in the closing process as well. She was very communicative and responsive with us . I enjoyed that she had local knowledge of the neighbors as we weren't very familiar with some areas. I highly recommend Jillian to anyone in Denver area.
