My experience with selling a property was not one I looked forward to. My dad passed and we needed to settle his estate. It was a difficult time filled with so many new things to process. It is hard to explain how great my experience was with Jill. I explain to her what I was thinking about regarding selling my condo and new place. She got it and my condo practically sold in days and we found my forever home.

The selling of this house had a very emotional component for me as it was the home in which my brother lived prior to moving into long term care. I cannot say enough about Jill's compassionate professionalism as she guided me through the process. She explained things patiently and competently. She answered my questions without hesitation and quickly responded to phone calls and texts. She provided insights to the current market that if I had tried to negotiate myself would have missed. On day 1 there were approx 20 showings with 7 offers. We closed within 10 days. I have bought and sold several houses in my lifetime. I can honestly say that my experience with Jill was the best I have encountered. I would rate her in the top 2% of realtors. I would highly recommend her without reservation.

Jill did a fantastic job of ensuring I was well educated on all relevant topics during the entire process of my first home purchase. She made sure to help in every step including my inspection and closing. I could not have asked for a better agent and would happily recommend her to anyone.

Jill did a much better evaluation than the other agents for setting the market value for our home, The other agents were $20,000 and lower for listing our home. The first person to see our home purchased it at the asking price. We Would have lost 20 or 30 thousand if we had chosen the other realtors. Our hats off to Jill for a fair evaluation.
