This was our third transaction with Jill. Each one was easy on our part because she knows her stuff! She is so responsive and on top of everything, mixing business acumen with her sweet personality. Makes us feel like her only clients, even though we know she is one of the busiest agents in town!! Thanks again, Jill, for an exceptional experience!! Ward and Diane Lee

I'm so glad we picked Jill. She is a wonderful agent and did a great job on the sale of our home. She is extremely responsive and organized. We highly recommend her.

Jill Jackson was our agent in the purchase of our current home. Throughout the entire process, she communicated with us so consistently and with so much integrity. We came to trust her skills in representing our needs and in following through on every detail of the transaction. Nothing was overlooked. We never had to wonder if she was going to let things fall through the cracks. Whatever questions we had were answered in a timely fashion. She is extremely professional, as well as personable. We were both so grateful that she was recommended to us, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and hard working real estate agent who will fight for you every step of the way.

As both buyers and sellers, we were highly satisfied with the knowledge and responsiveness of Jill. No matter what we threw at her, she was resilient and always landed on her feet. Quick to respond and answer our many questions. We are always confident that she knows the market and how to satisfy her clients. Looking forward to our next escrow with Jill next month!

From the first day until closing, Jill was there for us, walking us through the process with her 20 plus years of experience, we were confident that she would do a great job, and she did! She was always available and her follow up on procedure was professional, as was her knowledge of her trade. We will definitely refer her to our friends and family when searching for a Realtor.

Jill Jackson is an amazing real estate agent. She worked with us for over a year while we learned about the market, bringing us interesting and relevant listings as they came up for sale. Once we did start making offers, Jill was extremely diligent keeping us, the escrow company, our lender, and the sellers informed and on track. Getting final approval for our loan was not easy, and the closing was also challenging, but we are convinced that Jill was the reason that we closed the Friday before Christmas week, and were able to spend the holidays in our new home. Thank you Jill!

Jill Jackson is the best as they come in Realtors. She is fair, knows the business well and looks out for her clients. She goes well beyond her job to make selling a home much less stressful. She gets the job done! Thanks Jill for taking such good care of us.

We recently needed to sell our mother’s home after she passed and Jill made the experience quick and easy and effortless. She is motivated, reliable, the best of the best. If you are looking for a realtor of this magnitude, give Jill a call. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so very much Jill, for all you did for us.

Jill is very knowledgeable about the Central Coast. She listened to our needs and budget and found us a place in under 2 months. She has great resources and know-how to make a smooth buying transaction.

I cannot express my full appreciation for all that Jill did, and continually does for us. If we asked about a house, she would drive by it that very evening to check out the neighborhood and let us know her thoughts. Anything she thought we might like she made an appointment for us. We took up so many of her Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons. What a trooper. She would send us links to houses she thought we might like and would meet us there after work if necessary. If you are looking for the best agent in South county, look no further. She is young, spunky and will fight tooth and nail for you. Her expertise is unlimited on school districts, house resale value, neighborhood safety and so much more. She even crawled into a tiny water heater door behind piles of junk to make sure the water heater was attached correctly. If we decide to sell or look for another place, she will be our go to woman hands down.

From our first meeting with Jill we were impressed. She had done her research and came prepared to help us sell our house. She had lots of info regarding current market trends and info on our house and neighborhood. During the process she was only a text away and was always responsive and helpful regarding our questions and concerns. She guided us through the steps of the crazy real estate maze with ease. We would highly recommend her.
