I was lucky enough to be introduced to Jill through my son, who has utilized her services to purchase an income property. He was very impressed with her tenacious nature toward locating and following through with the process of obtaining the property. My wife and I casually met with Jill to share our specific wants and needs in a home, also the issue that we live 275 miles north. She continued to send us properties to review and refine our search parameters. Do to our specific wants, the pandemic and the lack inventory, we searched for three years and she never gave up or doubted that she would find our home. When we finally found our home and because we lived so far away, Jill handled most of the heavy lifting for us and kept us in the loop. We relied on her and she never disappointed us. She walked us through every step and tirelessly calmed our nerves until we received the keys. One of the things that I was most impressed with, is that she would return my call or text so quickly that we felt like we were her only clients. I was originally thought as probably most people, that realtors didn’t have to do much to earn their money. I was proven wrong by Jill and she showed us what a professional realtor provides. I believe that the amount of time that Jill put into our entire three year search, she probably made less than minimum wage. She was as excited for us as we were to find our dream home.
