Thorough, Responsive and always a Step Ahead

I absolutely love our new home and if it weren't for Jill's responsiveness we may not be here! We were pre-approved and 5 other Skogman realtors declined to show us the house the same day and one call to Jill and she was on it within 2 hours! I was so impressed by her forethought; she noticed that both adjacent neighbors had a radon mitigation system so she wrote into our offer that it was determined one was needed they seller would pay for it. With the new home she recommended a thorough inspector and kept things moving. There were repairs that needed to be completed on the house we were purchasing and she ensured they were done before our final walk through. And she got our former house sold the same day at the first showing! Again, there was some negotiation and she worked some magic. If you're looking for a realtor who has your back, will keep you informed and stay on top of things Jill and Halea are a sure fire bet!

Jill is an Ah-mazing realtor! She walked us through the entire process of selling our home before a big cross-country move. It was painless and quick and she proved completely trustworthy through her honest communication and prompt responses. She is down-to-earth, easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humor. Working with Jill was a great experience.

I moved from out of state and Jill was very accommodating in setting up showings and attending the . home inspection for me. She was prompt in answering any questions and her advice was very helpful. It was a pleasure working with her and I wish I could have had her sell my former home.
