I absolutely love our new home and if it weren't for Jill's responsiveness we may not be here! We were pre-approved and 5 other Skogman realtors declined to show us the house the same day and one call to Jill and she was on it within 2 hours! I was so impressed by her forethought; she noticed that both adjacent neighbors had a radon mitigation system so she wrote into our offer that it was determined one was needed they seller would pay for it. With the new home she recommended a thorough inspector and kept things moving. There were repairs that needed to be completed on the house we were purchasing and she ensured they were done before our final walk through. And she got our former house sold the same day at the first showing! Again, there was some negotiation and she worked some magic. If you're looking for a realtor who has your back, will keep you informed and stay on top of things Jill and Halea are a sure fire bet!

Jill is the best real estate agent we have ever had, and we have moved a lot! We listed our home with her 2 times and she was supportive through both processes. The first time we put our home on the market with her and right after it was damaged by a big storm. We decided to take it off the market then to give us time to make repairs. The second time we were about to list it with her, a family tragedy occurred and we had to travel out of state. Jill went above and beyond to get our home prepared and listed on the market while we were out of town so we could reach our sales goal with the real estate market being so hot. She was always very aware of the current property values. She also took the initiative to reach out to a buyer that had liked our home on a real estate search site, and convinced them to come in from out of state to view the home. They are the ones that ended up buying our house. Even though the real estate market was so good, we had a very unique house that would fit only a select buyer pool. She was able to "sell" the uniqeness of our home to that buyer. She was very helpful, understanding and compassionate with us through a lot of ups and downs in our home selling process.
