An Attentive Expert - Jill Balli is a True Professional We couldn't have been more fortunate to have been introduced to Jill Balli and to have worked together to find our new property. As a local, Jill's knowledge of Miami is historically deep and her current knowledge is, and without exaggeration, up to the minute. Combining with this how she took the time to "know" who we are, Jill was able to make initial suggestions on locations until we found the area that clicked, and then it was full steam ahead from there. As first homeowners and foreigners, it was immensely appreciated how Jill walked us through every step and took the time to explain terms and concepts, as well as being a clear communicator and negotiator across all parties. All documents were managed exceptionally well, which is not surprising as, as you work with Jill, you'll soon notice that she is nothing but ethical and pays attention to the finest of details. As such we had a very trusting and transparent experience.
