As a first-time homebuyer, having Jill as a buyer’s agent was great and I highly recommend her services! The market in Santa Barbara can be quite overwhelming, but having Jill in my corner made the experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Throughout the process, from our initial discussions all the way to closing, Jill took the time to explain what was going on and what was upcoming such that there were no surprises, and I was always ready for what was coming next. Even after closing, she kept in touch to make sure that I was happy with my condo and that there were no issues with small repairs that were needed. Throughout the process, her great organization, patience, and dedication were evident, and her energetic upbeat attitude made an undeniably stressful process exciting. During the contingency period, she went above and beyond to make sure that I had all the information possible to be confident in my decision to move forward with the transaction and that I was aware of any risks and possible issues. I never felt any pressure for the transaction to go through, but I rather felt that she had my best interest at heart. As a first time home buyer I could not have been any luckier than to have Jill as my very first agent. At the time when I met Jill I did not know much about the home buying process, other than it is a good idea to attend open houses. The little that I knew about real estate a few months ago compared to the knowledge that I have now, feels as if I took multiple college courses on the topic. Any question I had, Jill would make sure to provide me with the answer. With it being my first time going through the home buying process, I was constantly seeking explanations and advice. There are a couple things I loved most about working with Jill. First, is that if there were any uncertainties on my inquiries, Jill made sure to find answers and solutions through the means of assistance from mentors or other experienced colleagues. This means there was never a moment where I had a problem that went unresolved. Second thing I really appreciated is that during the entire time working with Jill, I truly felt like I was her only client. Not once did I feel as if there was someone or something more important than me getting the best house possible. When you have an agent like Jill that is calm, yet very diligent, it can greatly relieve so much of the stress that can go into finding a home. Jill made the entire process so smooth that I very much look forward to working with her again on my next real estate purchase. With the consistent quick responses, attention to needs, and just overall very positive attitude, there was nothing more I could have asked for from an agent.
