We had barely gotten started working with Jessyka when we found the house we wanted. We were ready to act fast and she was right there with us knowing how important timing was. As first time home buyers we were completely new to the process of buying a home. Jessyka walked us through every single step of the process, always keeping us in the loop and giving her best advice based on her high level of experience, yet also tailored to our unique wants and needs. She really was there 24/7 to answer our questions and give us updates. She's just the best!

Jessyka was no pressure from the beginning, she basically let us call the shots with her wise input that helped us make the right decisions throughout the process. She did an excellent job with the negotiations with the potential buyers that helped us achieve our desired outcome. She always had a positive attitude and a great smile. She was very professional and we were always in good hands. She also went above and beyond many times: supplying us with a nice mattress to sleep on while we worked on the house, cleaning our patio, watering our plants, managing our garbage cans, etc. due to the fact that we lived out of the area.

What I love about Jessyka is that she knows what is required to sell your home no more and no less. Other realtors said I had to make a lot of changes and maybe I wouldnt get what I want. But she had a lot of confidence and we got more of what we are asked for.
