Welcome! A little about me: Transitioning to real estate in my mid-50s, I bring a wealth of life experience, fresh energy, and eager enthusiasm to the Lake, Marion, and Sumter County markets. Although newer to the industry, my 30 years of service in small business office management, bookkeeping, and medical patient imaging have provided me with the professional, collaborative, and client relationship strengths necessary to guide you through the intensive process that you are about to embark upon. My very first client was a seller whose family was involved in probate, which lead me to want to know more about the process. I quickly obtained my Certified Probate Specialist (CPS) certification. As someone who moved frequently between busy and vibrant cities in my 20s & 30s (Tampa; Santa Cruz & San Francisco, CA; Las Vegas; Tallahassee; Jacksonville; Sarasota) I understand the importance of location. In my 40s & 50s (Leesburg, Lady Lake), I have learned to appreciate the value of more quiet country living. No matter where you are on the buying/selling/upgrading/downsizing real estate spectrum, I will take great pleasure in helping you obtain a space that aligns with your lifestyle and aspirations. My goal is for you to feel confident in your transaction. I’m keenly aware of the benefits of keeping a healthy work/life balance. As such, I regularly practice yoga and meditation, as well as schedule quality time with my husband and close friends.
