I can honestly say that Jessica is very knowledgeable in her area of expertise. What I liked the most was that she was local, she knew the area and understood my needs which she utilized to help me find the perfect home. Having a local realtor made the process is extremely easy, because Jessica was always within reach. Once I found the perfect house it was easy to meet up and arrange for inspections signing of documents reviewing of documents and so forth. Jessica answered all my questions and made sure that I understood the process of homebuying, being new to this that was extremely helpful, her knowledge and her skills to negotiate help me find the perfect home at a great price. I would highly recommend Jessica Aragon to anyone who is buying or selling a piece of real estate. I am sure we were the hardest clients that Ms. Aragon has ever had to work with as we had never purchased a home, we were relocating to a new community and because we were older and recently retired, we had very specific wants and needs. She directed us through every step of the home buying process from showing us numerous houses (far more than the average buyer ), to finding us a lender, insurance agent, and home warranty company. I doubt that there is another agent who works a promptly and efficiently as Ms. Aragon to get negations made, contracts signed, property inspected, appraised, repaired and ready for closing as this young lady and in our specific case, she had to do it TWICE! The first home we selected failed the pre-closing walk through due to an issue with a newly installed roof and a flooded kitchen. Ms. Aragon handle the problem with complete professionalism unlike the seller who pulled out of the contract. She contacted our lender and helped us get an extension on our loan and then worked even harder to help us find the home that we did purchase. Do not let Ms. Aragon's youthful appearance let you question her ability to know real estate. She knows exactly what she is doing and she does it well.
