Jessica is awesome! She not only got my home sold quickly, but she took care of every little detail. As a first time seller, I had no idea what I needed to do, and I didn't need to know. She patiently walked me through every detail all the way to letting me know that funds had been wired. And every road block was met in a calm, knowledgeable manner which she simply handled. She made it quite clear I was not allowed to stress (even though I did) and when I did stress she calmed me down and provided viable solutions.
