Jessica is awesome! She not only got my home sold quickly, but she took care of every little detail. As a first time seller, I had no idea what I needed to do, and I didn't need to know. She patiently walked me through every detail all the way to letting me know that funds had been wired. And every road block was met in a calm, knowledgeable manner which she simply handled. Jessica was the most professional and helpful realtor I could have imagined. I sold a property from out-of-state. The professional photographs of the home were amazing. Jessica staged the home for me. Three showings and three offers with two days of listing. With Jessica's assistance I was able to get the house packed, repaired and sold without going to Los Lunas. She handled everything and walked me through the process. She has professional contacts for roofing, electric, lawn care and maintenance with reasonable costs.
