Can’t get enough of Jessica Monroy and her Team. Jessica and her team made the selling process a smooth one. We received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, Jessica brought in a fabulous photographer and videographer to showcase our home online, which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Jessica was wonderful in communicating and keeping the transaction moving along. As well as closing in a timely manner. Your only regret would be not calling her.

Over the years I've purchased and sold real estate for personal use and although the results were favorable overall, my representation has been sketchy. Jessica Monroy and her team elevated the definition of a great realtor to a stellar level. During our first meeting Jessica toured my home at which time she explained the current market and the marketability of my home in such a market. Jessica made recommendations regarding what needed to be done in order to successfully stage a tenant occupied home. Jessica provided a sales price which I thought was high but I agreed to. The house went on the market within a few days and within one week we had several offers, one of which was at full asking price and we just closed on the sale. Jessica not only provided me with daily updates, but she also interceded on my behalf with the tenant in order to facilitate more showings and to maintain a presentable stage. Jessica was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. Because it was tenant occupied, the closing took substantially longer than usual which created some moments of high anxiety, but Jessica explained the process every step of the way which reassured me.
