Jessica knows the greater Bucks County area well. Geography, schools, people, etc. She was lightning quick with communication and intuitive to my concerns.

When my husband and I decided to move to Bucks County from NJ, I was nervous because we knew nothing about the area and didn’t want to end up in a not so ideal area. I was also nervous because we knew nobody out here which meant we had no realtor. After going to several open houses and meeting several real estate agents, Jessica stood out above all. We clicked at an open house and she answered every single question I had about the area. After meeting her and deciding to work with Jessica, she took us to many open houses on her own and showed us 5-8 houses per time since we lived about an hour away. She also responded to all of my questions (which were many) any time I would text or call. Fast forward to many houses and later and I can honestly say that we would not be in our home right now if it wasn’t for Jessica. She went above and beyond and negotiated her heart out for us. We love Jessica and would highly recommend her to any of our family/friends.
