We told her what areas we were interested in and our price point she sent us multiple homes to look at online and always checked in to see if something caught our eye. From our very first conversation with Debbie to making settlement she kept us in the loop with every step. She really made our home buying search so easy. Karen sold a home to us 14 years ago in far northeast Philadelphia. She did such a great job that we asked her to sell our house in South Philadelphia about 6 years later. She sold that home quickly, impressing us once again with her skills. We didn't even think about who to call when we decided that we wanted to move outside the City of Philadelphia. We just knew that we would call Karen to sell our home and sell our next home to us. It was a given. We called Karen and she worked very, very hard to list our home. Once we decided that it was time to sell, because we had to work up the nerve, we told Karen to find our next home for us. she did rather quickly, showing us all types of homes. My wife doesn't drive the highways, so it was important for us to find a home where she could drive the streets to get where she needed to go and still be outside the city. Karen did exactly that and very quickly. Again, she worked just as hard to find us a home as she did selling our home. She got our home sold in one day and almost as quickly, found us a new home to enjoy. Karen is a joy to work with and to have her help us in such an important decision was extremely calming. We totally trust Karen and would definitely use her to sell our home again......if we ever decide to move again. I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you Karen.

Karen Gaul is a friend of a friend, who knew that my husband passed away. We initially asked her advice on what to focus on (remodeling) for a future sale on possibly a two year timeline. She advised that now was the best time to sell because the inventory was low, my location was desirable, and many people were overlooking the lack of updating at this time. Due to her advice to declutter and sell immediately I did - with quick and great results. Karen was available to answer my questions and return calls quickly. My house had solar panels, so I got nervous when the buyers (and appraises) were asking lots of question (which were difficult for me to answer because my late husband handled the outside stuff); Karen was professional and kept me calm and guided me through everything. She did a terrific job for me and patiently guided me through this process, and the purchasing of my new home! Karen’s expertise made me feel comfortable throughout the selling process - especially considering selling during the pandemic. Again, I wasn’t initially planning on selling this year, but Karen knew that I would get a good price now, and be able to move closer to my daughter much sooner than I had thought was possible. I’m very happy with everything Karen did for me and I’m so happy in my new place!

Karen Gaul is exceptional!!! A wonderful and caring person who truly went above and beyond in the marketing and sale of mom's house during a difficult time. Mom passed away after being sick for many months. Karen helped guide me with the transition of me being POA to becoming the executor of mom's estate, communicated effectively with the title company, and made sure the home repairs needed were completed in a timely fashion, all while being compassionate and understanding of our difficult situation. My sisters and I are eternally grateful for Karen's assistance. Thank you, Karen!!!
