Adam was so knowledgeable of Denver and surrounding areas, he grew up here and knows everyone. We literally viewed a house owned by a high school classmate purely by chance! He knew fair prices, how competitive to make an offer, and when to walk away. He made sure to tell me his personal thoughts on a property including concerns, he is not going to let you walk into something he himself has concerns about, it’s not just about making the sale for him. His wife Jess and him work as the most functional team I have ever seen making deals and juggling kids… no idea how they make it work but unless I hadn’t known already, I would have no idea he even had a family because the man showed me 2-6 houses per week for months and responded to EVERY text, question, and phone call within minutes (no exaggeration). Even after I found my home, he was still there for anything I needed and referred me to several contractors that could help me. Where do I even begin?! Working with Adam and Jess was a great experience from beginning to end. We worked directly with Adam for all of our showings and he was always extremely responsive and well organized. I truly think our offer was ultimately accepted by the seller because of Adam's communication with the listing agent.
