I've been involved with no less than 9 house buying/selling transactions over the years. This sale demonstrated multiple hurdles I've never experienced before. Although we had an unfortunate series of "are you kidding" me's (generated from the buyer's side), Jessica handled it all with grace!!
Jessica was super knowledgeable about the area, and we really needed that. My husband and I felt like we were working with a friend as she guided us through the process. I would highly recommend her to others and i absolutely plan to use her again in the future.
