It’s deja-vu all over again! Living the single life 8 floors up at the beach is glorious! What’s the only thing that could be better? Well, meeting the woman of your dreams and discovering that a one bedroom condo with a great view isn’t big enough anymore! I gave Jerry a call and off we went condo hunting on the mainland. He found the perfect 2-2 condo under construction at Pelican Preserve, but they’re selling fast. A thousand dollars holds my prospective condo but I am clearly in a time crunch. We’ve got to sell quickly! Time is not on our side as it was when Jerry sold my townhome at the Forum in Fort Myers and negotiated the deal here at Lovers Key. That was less than a year ago. Well, Jerry rose to the occasion! After only two open houses and 21 total days on the market, I had a signed contract for all the money!
