Jerry is "Hands Down" one of the best real estate agents I have dealt with in 37 years of buying and selling homes. If you are looking for an agent, Jerry is the right choice. Honesty, integrity, combined with Jerry's expert knowledge and genuine concern for his clients, make for a smooth transaction weather you are buying or selling your property. We spent two days looking at homes with Jerry, and did not see any that we'd call bell ringers. On the third day we decided to settle for a home that mostly worked for our wants and needs. (So here is where all those things I said earlier about Jerry came into play.) Jerry asks if we'd like to see one that is not on our list but he thinks might work.... It was the perfect property!!! We walked in and knew we were at home. Jerry help us craft just the right offer that worked for all parties, and the contract was accepted and signed within 12 hours. Being new to the area, we followed Jerry's advice on vendors for the remainder of the transaction and found that "likes attract". Everyone from inspectors through the title company are as professional and personable as Jerry. Five Stars!

I definitely did NOT want a high-pressure sales person. I wanted to feel that I "bought" the house and that the house was not "sold to me". My wife and I definitely "bought" the house. Jerry did everything right. When it came time to negotiate the price of the house. I was willing to offer $10-15k MORE than Jerry suggested. When this happened, I KNEW Jerry's negotiating skills were VERY good! Jerry always answered my phone calls and he made me feel that I was his only client... even though I knew he was very busy as a realtor. I will continue to use and recommend Jerry to my friends and relatives!
