I learned so much through this entire process. I felt so comfortable moving forward with everything because I had confidence that I knew exactly what was going to happen. I understood the whole situation. Going into this I had some knowledge of Realiste and what was going to happen but after having so many in-depth conversations with Jerry I gained a richer and deeper knowledge of it all. He was there right when we needed him. He is one of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen! He never failed to take care of us and protect us through this whole process. He kept us well informed of everything that was going on. When I say he went above and beyond that doesn’t even scratch the surface of what he really did for us. He’s a man of God and it’s evident in his work.

Of the several real estate transactions we have had, Jerry was by far the best realtor we have used. He brings a wealth of knowledge and is extremely detailed in his approach. He carefully guided us in prepping our home prior to listing and once listed, he more than explained contract language to make sure we knew what we were signing. Prior to closing, he even offered up space at his personal residence to house some plants that we wanted to keep but had no place to store them prior to moving into our new home. He definitely goes above and beyond and is a great example of what being customer focused is all about.

Jerry’s not only my realtor, he’s my advocate. Jerry helped save me over $10,000 due to different inspections and getting second opinions. This is huge for a widowed woman on Social Security. Jerry also didn’t just help me sell my house but made sure that I was emotionally comfortable with who bought my house. I was in my home for 41 years, so this was very important to me, I wanted a young family to move into my home. He helped make this happen with minimal stress on my part. Jerry didn’t just help me sell my house but he also helped me make the transition into 1000+ mile move out of state. He helped me figure out the best way to move my current items, and I didn’t have to stress about it. He took care of it in a very caring way. As a widowed woman, I felt totally safe and honored to have his services. I was very comfortable with him in and out of my house. He helped me get through the emotional piece. He laid out everything and the terminologies that I was not familiar with in a very easy to understand way, explaining things as needed. He continued to call and check in with me to see how I was doing, and he included my family to the level that I asked him to. He even got along with my dog! What I really appreciated about Jerry is that I never felt rushed, or overburdened with the selling of my house and the moving process. He was even willing to communicate with my new realtor and discuss my best interests. And this is why he’s not just my realtor, but also, my advocate. I also felt his prayers as he prayed over every file and sought higher wisdom for decisions that I was asking him to help me with. Jerry is a true professional in the real-estate industry. He was knowledgeable about the market, financing options, and up to date on the ever changing housing trends. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded. Jerry's patience never faltered with a slowing market and not once pushed us to accept an early offer just to close the sale. He takes the time to explain each offer in detail and is available at anytime for questions. He does his homework and gives his unbiased opinion when asked to help his client make the right decision.
