I learned so much through this entire process. I felt so comfortable moving forward with everything because I had confidence that I knew exactly what was going to happen. I understood the whole situation. Going into this I had some knowledge of Realiste and what was going to happen but after having so many in-depth conversations with Jerry I gained a richer and deeper knowledge of it all. He was there right when we needed him. He is one of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen! He never failed to take care of us and protect us through this whole process. He kept us well informed of everything that was going on. When I say he went above and beyond that doesn’t even scratch the surface of what he really did for us. He’s a man of God and it’s evident in his work.

Of the several real estate transactions we have had, Jerry was by far the best realtor we have used. He brings a wealth of knowledge and is extremely detailed in his approach. He carefully guided us in prepping our home prior to listing and once listed, he more than explained contract language to make sure we knew what we were signing. Prior to closing, he even offered up space at his personal residence to house some plants that we wanted to keep but had no place to store them prior to moving into our new home.
