Jerry has a background in IT which advertised my house for sale at maximum exposure. I quickly gained trust in his negotiating skills as we had several offers on the third day. My final decision was my own to make, but I made it with confidence as it was clear to me he was a strong negotiator with many years of experience. I was under pressure the day of the move as I had closing on the house I was selling and the house I was buying. Jerry finished directing my movers for me as I had to leave for the next closing. He even helped load boxes. I could not have done it without him.
Jerry sold my house in 3 days with several offers. I was so confused with the process, but he explained it thoroughly...and several times over at my request. He's very patient.
