Jerry came to us recommended from a close friend of the family and we could not have been happier to use him and his agency for our real estate transaction. Our property was a renovated Barn / horse farm located in a rural area making it a complex property for valuation and sale. As my wife had recently taken a new job our sale was time bound as it was part of a relocation process. Jerry was very responsive to our initial inquiries and set a meeting a couple weeks after the initial inquiry and came prepared with a full valuation as well as a very detailed approach as to how he would market property through a wide variety of means and forums to meet our needs and desires and give us the best chance at a quick sale so we can move on with relocation process. It was clear upon our first meeting that Jerry is not only very very knowledgeable, thorough in detail, and hard-working but is extremely friendly and personable and will take the time to any answer any and all questions help us thoroughly evaluate any and all concerns and integrate us into every part of the process for our home sale. In short after that first meeting we knew right away that he was the right person for the job and that this was going to be a very good relationship. Shortly after entering into the agreement to sell the home covid-19 hit and everything shut down. However that did not deter Jerry and his team and he was in constant contact updating us

Jerry was instrumental in finding people to help fix up my house and prepare it to be put on the market. Working nights, I also was a difficult person to get in touch with, but Jerry was extremely professional even when I contacted him at odd hours. He always managed to have answers, and made the process as smooth as possible. He definitely went above and beyond when it came to helping me out. I would recommend him and his group for your real estate needs, and I'll also add that all of this took place during a pandemic and the contractors who he uses think very highly of him.

We selected Jerry to handle moving 3 houses for us in a short time. My wife and I had recently married and wanted to sell the houses we owned at the time we were married and then purchase a home together. Jerry got us from soup to nuts on all three transactions in less than 6 months. He was always available to respond to questions and assist with problems.
