Jerrod Butler did much more for me than was ever required of him as a Realtor. He is outstanding...not only as a Realtor but as a human being. He oversaw the building of a fence on my new property, as I was in Loveland. He went to the property and took pictures of it for my home insurance man, also in Loveland. He has a tremendous sense of humor, and is a joy to be around. As a rehabber himself, he is more knowledgeable about the aspects of building than most Realtors. It was just a miracle that I found this Realtor by chance online. He is THE BEST!!!
