Jerrod was our real estate agent in June and July 2022. We liked his ratings and he sure lived up to excellent service. As we were relocating from another state to the greater Colorado Springs area, Jerrod would graciously go to homes we were interested in "seeing" and he would video the local streets and conduct a video walk through, describing various aspects, including any potential concerns. Finally we found a really nice home and he helped with the initial offer and more importantly the inspection period where he helped obtain quotes for various parts of the potential home repairs (roof, furnace, concrete, sewer, etc. His timely facilitated quotes for repairs and replacement helped our negotiations and adjusted offer of high 5 figures. Without Jerrod's construction knowledge, honesty/integrity, vendor recommendations, etc we would have likely overpaid during the volatile market period of June/July 2022. Jerrod's excellent service, availability, timely communications helped us close on a beautiful home and we can't be more thankful. His dedication to donate a percentage of his commission to charity also speaks volumes to the quality of the person Jerrod is. While Jerrod is an excellent real estate agent, we consider him a friend for his dedication to see that we found the right home at the right price.
Working with Jerrod at Wish Properties was a great experience and I highly recommend him. I was considering selling my home and found Wish Properties on a list of positively rated realtors. When I first met Jerrod, my home was occupied by a renter and I was considering selling. We do not live in Colorado Springs but on one of our visits, Jerrod came out to our house while the tenant was home. He showed great tact as he gave us an estimate of the value of our home, told us things we should do to make it more presentable for sale, and offered advice that helped us make a good decision. After our first meeting, we were not ready to sell and Jerrod did not pressure us; instead, he sent us periodic unsolicited market updates. Ultimately, armed with the information Jerrod volunteered, we decided it was time to sell. We soon discovered that Jerrod is extremely knowledgeable and is very well connected with the trades in Colorado Springs. Jerrod coordinated or introduced us to all manner of professional services to help us prepare the home. Those associates were also honorable and qualified. At every step of the process, Jerrod did what he said he would do and was honest.

A person whose integrity and personable nature is unparalleled. And Jerrod is that person. A realtor that became a friend that feels more like family. We first met Jerrod about 5 years ago when we sold an investment property with him, and when the time came for us to part with our personal home, he was the only person that came to mind. He went above and beyond with our sale – cleaning out trash, helping maintain the property when we moved, helping us move a refrigerator, multiple visits to our home to answer questions/concerns, hiring a stager for advice, and the photographer he used to take pictures made our home look like a million bucks. If we were not moving out of state, we would have bought it all over again. To say that I highly recommend him would be an understatement. Thank you for all of your hard work Jerrod. At 72, selling my home in Florissant CO to move to Indiana to be closer to my family was daunting to say the least. I did my due diligence and read lots of reviews about Realtors. Then, I found Jerrod. I cannot imagine getting through this process without him. He was nothing short of awesome. A very thorough, and very NICE, thoughtful, considerate, young man with a great heart and very knowledgeable about the area's real estate market. From the city (Colorado Springs) to the mountains, I was lucky to find him. I was more than a regular handful client, I think. I'm sure I was a pain in his butt, but he never wavered. The process was difficult, but you wouldn't have known that with Jerrod taking care of every detail. And, I mean, EVERY detail. He quieted my busy and worried mind and went way beyond the call of duty. If I could have adopted him, I would gladly have done so! If you don't hire Jerrod as your next Realtor, you are taking a big chance. He is wonderful!!!!
Hands down Jerrod went above and beyond to help us find our A new home he was there late at night on the weekends he worked around our schedule which was fantastic.
