Jerrod was extremely helpful/crucial in finding our first home in a very volatile market. He didn’t let us settle for anything other than what we wanted and he did not push us towards something we weren’t interested in either. After talking to other friends who were also looking for homes with different realtors - where their realtors told them to stop looking and give up, Jerrod stuck with us and went out of his way to help us find and close on our dream home. He answered every question that we had with great detail, as well as educated us on terms that were once foreign to us. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He will learn what you’re looking for and why you like something or not like something and tailor his services to your needs and wants as a priority. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend not looking any further for someone until you have at least sat down with him and give him a chance to listen to what you are looking for. Jerrod was AMAZING!!!! He completely exceeded our expectations in a realtor! He’s was detailed, easy to get a hold of, nice to be around, knowledgeable and worked hard for us. He was able to tell us what things would cost to fix, brought up good points we didn’t necessarily think of. He was great at negotiating, making sure not to scare off the sellers but still getting us a great deal. He fought for us to make sure we got everything we needed to feel secure in our new home. He made sure things were taken care of properly. He not only got up on the roof of the home we were buying to make sure the job was done but when it didn’t meet his standards he had them come back twice to get it done right. And while up on the roof he ended up cleaning our gutters! He was extremely on top of everything! He stayed intouch with our mortgage company to be sure to meet deadlines so our closing was right on time. He was available every time we called/text/emailed. He made sure we knew everything up front so there were no surprises. He is even staying in contact with us after closing to make sure we don’t have any questions or concerns. He was able to answer every question we had whether it was mortgage based or home repair cost. We really felt taken care of knowing he was on top of things for us. Jerrod was really great to work with, we highly recommend him. When we were interviewing prospective realtors, Jerrod was one of the many we contacted. In Jerrod’s first communication to us, he responded with a lot of information, a comparative market analysis, genuine interest in working with us, and even details about our specific home that he would have only found out by actually taking the time to look into our property, all before we even had decided to work with him. No other realtors put that kind of time into their initial response. I am the type of person that needs to have all the details and know what’s going on, but Jerrod was so qualified and handled everything so easily, that I was able to give up that control and not stress about it. He was very communicative with details, but handled so much himself that I normally would have tried to handle. He kept us up to date every step along the way, and let us know when he needed something from us. The rest he handled himself and it was nice not to have to worry about all the minor details. I had a particular challenging buyer and although the contract eventually did not go through, Jerrod stood by me and did everything he could to assist me. The house went under a new contract and he made sure that we stayed on top of it. It closed on time and I was happy with the final outcome.

Jerrod is a wonderful real estate agent. When I first contacted him with just a few questions about starting the home buying process, he gave me loads of information. After that, it took 2 years for me to get my credit up and prepare. But Jerrod stayed in touch and helped along the way with information. Once I was ready, we got the ball rolling right away. We drove all over town looking for the perfect home in my price range. It wasn't very high, which made it a challenge, but Jerrod stuck with me. After a month and a half of searching, I found a HUD home that was perfect! Went through the loan process with a few hiccups along the way. But got the keys! I definitely plan on meeting up with Jerrod for my next real estate adventure.
