Jerri was very professional and very patient. Won’t go into details but it was a ordeal on the buyers side. Jerri was wonderful would recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor.

Jerri did a fantastic job getting us top dollar, dealing with a difficult buyer and working through a unique situation where the buyer rented the home for one month during the closing period. We also moved out of town during the process, Jerri helped us with numerous issues requested by the buyer and completed by myself and/or contacts she had with local contractors. Highly recommended.

We used Jerri to find our home in West U, and she was wonderful to work with. She was very personable and professional. Early on, she set a meeting up with us to go over the home purchasing process, explained her role clearly, and guided us every step of the way. She was easy to reach and communicate with. We would recommend Jerri to any home buyer!

Jerri is a wonderful person to work with. She was very helpful to us through the whole process of buying a home for investment. Her response was always prompt and we found her very comfortable to work with. In fact, we are going to take her help again to help us rent the house that we bought.

Jerri was always available either by phone or text whenever I reached out to ask a question. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and offered excellent advice all along the process. We were out of town during much of the process and Jerri went above and beyond to handle things for us, for example arranging the contractors to handle several request by the buyer as a result of the inspection.

We moved to Houston from the mid-west back in June and were referred to Jerri by our realtor back home. From the first day Jerri was always available and communicated effectively through text messaging, phone calls and email. Again, she was a great communicator and we were never left hanging waiting for answers to questions or concerns. Additionally, Jerri has a great network of resources in Houston and was able to get information quickly. Jerri will take her time with you in the beginning, wanting to ensure she fully understands what your needs and desires are. She was never pushy and never gave the appearance she was just trying to sell you a house, but rather trying to help you find the perfect home which suited your needs. I remember Jerri saying, "You will know when your in THE HOUSE..... We will find it." Jerri also has a great sense of humor and is a pleasure to be around. We always looked forward to looking at homes with Jerri, it was actually fun and she never made us feel like we were a burden. We are actually friends with Jerri and her husband now and look forward to calling them our friends for a long time. This speaks louder than anything I can write in this review.
