We met Jeremy when we bought our first home. He was the seller’s agent, and notwithstanding the fact that we were on opposite ends of the deal, he was a pleasure to work with. So, when it came time to sell that home, we immediately thought of Jeremy. Jeremy is able to build a rapport with anyone, and his work with builders makes him very knowledgeable about what makes a solid home. His easygoing attitude and practical approach kept us grounded in a crazy housing market. We are so happy to have worked with Jeremy, and if he hadn’t already helped us buy our forever home, we’d do it again.

Jeremy was recommended to me by family. He was courteous, professional, friendly, and most importantly, knowledgeable. He had a strategy on how to sell, what to do and not do to the property, and though he will probably make you a list of things to do to get your pale ready, do them! I got the highest sale number at my large condo complex in the history of the property and I have no doubt it was because of Jeremy's suggestions and his sale strategy. Highly recommend.
