I met Jen at an Open House when I first began looking for a home. I was first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing! Jen was so knowledgeable and relatable--she sent me actual diagrams via email showing me the step-by-step process in which to buy a home! Jen has incredible communication skills and was able to answer all of my questions with such professionalism and patience. I always felt that she was just a text away, no matter the day or time, to help me navigate through the home buying process. Buying a home is stressful, but Jen made it seem easy! She constantly reminded me of what was important (location) in my purchase and really listened to what I felt my needs were with a home (safety, security, and a fenced yard for my dog). I learned so much about the home buying process when I was working with Jen because she took the time to explain everything to me, sometimes two or three times. I never felt out of control, yet she was so professional and confident in her skills that I knew I could trust her to lead me to make the right decisions. I felt that she trusted me, too, and completely supported me when I needed it. I feel honored that I stumbled into Jen when I did. I can honestly say that I would not have my home today without her help. She listened to our needs. She took her time to look for homes in our budget and with the list of things we were looking for. She found us a home quickly since we had very little time to get out of the home and we had sold. We moved out of state and she found us a home in a great community. When there was a delay in the closing of the house we sold, she worked with the seller of our new home to make sure we didn’t lose the house. Jennifer was great at returning calls and emails and staying on top of what was going on. The first closing was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. They day before the closing was rescheduled, there was a long list of items that still were not completed, although the builder had assured us they would be done on time. Jenn stepped in and got things moving and other than 2 items that were on order, everything was done and we were able to close as scheduled. Jenn is also a great sounding board and listens to your concerns and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend Jenn to be your realtor.
