Jennifer was great at returning calls and emails and staying on top of what was going on. The first closing was cancelled due to Hurricane Ian. They day before the closing was rescheduled, there was a long list of items that still were not completed, although the builder had assured us they would be done on time. Jenn stepped in and got things moving and other than 2 items that were on order, everything was done and we were able to close as scheduled. Jenn is also a great sounding board and listens to your concerns and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend Jenn to be your realtor.
