Our experience with Jen (which was our second experience with her) exceeded expectations. Jen is intelligent, thoughtful, extremely organized, and very kind and professional. It was a pleasure to work with her as we assisted my mother with clearing out her home and moving. It was overwhelming to consider the scope of work that needed to occur and Jen steadfastly and efficiently walked us through the whole process. She connected us with move management professionals to help with clearing out the home and with reliable contractors to complete updates. We were so happy with all of the work and her guidance no doubt made the process much more streamlined than we an initially imagined it might be. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable of the market and worked with us to secure the highest sales price we thought possible! We were also working via relocation company and she knew how to navigate through a third-party without any support from us. She actually was able to assist us in navigating since this was our first time. She is very communicative, always shared timely guidance, and was our advocate with the home buyer. When we were looking at the houses, she was sharing her knowledge & pointing at things to pay attention to, in case we go to the open house without her.
