We used Jennifer as first time home buyers a few years ago, and she got us the perfect home exactly where we wanted, under asking price! Fast-ward to now, and we needed her to sell the home for our first time selling. She advised us throughout the whole process and got us sold over asking price within a matter of days! Both times could not have gone smoother.

This is not the first time we have used the Ward team to assist our family, Jennifer helped us find our new home when we moved here, she helped us sell some property (in 30 days!), and she is now helping us find our forever home. Thank you so much to Jennifer for an outstanding effort while representing us. Selling our house was such a roller coaster - our buyers’ lender struggled, the buyers’ buyers’ lender struggled, the buyers’ buyers’ appraisals (yes, plural) struggled. We ended up moving the purchase date twice totaling an additional 21 days over the original 30 day close. Jennifer continuously fought for us, dug for information, contacted every member she legally could within BOTH deals, and made sure everyone within both deals had current information. She both brought the horse to water AND convinced it to drink!!! Finally, finally, we were able to close and it was ALL thanks to Jennifer and her expertise! We could NOT have weathered the ups and downs of this deal without her. I would recommend her to ANYONE looking for real estate representation. Jennifer was absolutely amazing! We would recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling in the San Antonio area.
