Selling our house was such a roller coaster - our buyers’ lender struggled, the buyers’ buyers’ lender struggled, the buyers’ buyers’ appraisals (yes, plural) struggled. We ended up moving the purchase date twice totaling an additional 21 days over the original 30 day close. Jennifer continuously fought for us, dug for information, contacted every member she legally could within BOTH deals, and made sure everyone within both deals had current information. She both brought the horse to water AND convinced it to drink!!! Finally, finally, we were able to close and it was ALL thanks to Jennifer and her expertise! Jennifer helped my husband and I find the perfect first house for us! She was invariably patient when my husband and I couldn't agree on anything and provided us with many options so that we could work out things like the perfect area for us.
