Jennifer is the consummate professional. She took over our home sale, that had been languishing, and did so with a strategic plan, incredible energy, and creativity - all due to her expertise and experience. There was not a day that Jennifer was not thinking about how (to market, to position, to bring in buyers). She consulted her Remax colleagues and combined with her instincts, she was able to move our home quickly to close. Jennifer was in touch with me constantly, and I always felt informed, part of the process and most importantly confident that she was 100% focused on us and our home sale. During the offer, pending and closing Jennifer managed the contracts, negotiations, inspection resolutions (her personal network for that was a huge bonus) expertly and took on the stress for us. Having had sold 3 prior homes without a realtor, I now truly understand WHY to use a realtor and how much of a difference it makes, from start to finish. Jenn was great! She understood what we were looking for and listened to our feedback regarding each of the homes that we looked at with her. She explained the whole process and all the documents thoroughly, as buying a home in Colorado was different then when we bought our home in Massachusetts. As a first time home-buyer Jennifer truly exceeded my expectations and made the whole process easy and stress-free. When I started looking in the 2020 craziness, she persisted and always valued my wants and needs. She sees all the details of every property and gives the best pros and cons of each. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the market and I would have been lost without her. She will always go above and beyond for her clients and has their best interests at heart.
