Jennifer is the consummate professional. She took over our home sale, that had been languishing, and did so with a strategic plan, incredible energy, and creativity - all due to her expertise and experience. There was not a day that Jennifer was not thinking about how (to market, to position, to bring in buyers). She consulted her Remax colleagues and combined with her instincts, she was able to move our home quickly to close. Jen was incredible during the recent sale of our home! We bought our home thru her 4 yrs ago and when we needed to sell, she was our first choice. It was sold the first day and well above asking. She guided us thru the offers to determine which would be best for our situation. Jennifer helped us on both ends; to sell our current home and buy a new one at the same time with a contingent deal. She is very knowledgeable and helped us navigate all of the steps. She was always very responsive, which is a great thing because some steps needed to move quickly or we had last-minute questions.
