Our Experience with Jennifer Royalty and selling our house.
Jennifer was recommended to us by a business associate who we trusted. We interviewed her and were impressed by her deportment, local knowledge and she independently confirmed the reasonableness of all our goals and expectations. Our house was under contract within one day AND we met all those goals and expectations. One minor buyer/seller misunderstanding popped up at the last minute and Jennifer got it resolved to our satisfaction with less than an hour. You won't go wrong utilizing the services of Jennifer.
