From the moment I contacted Jennifer, she was incredibly helpful, accommodating, encouraging, and professional. The property I was purchasing was a highly sought-after listing with multiple competing offers. Although I am a licensed Realtor myself, I do not practice full-time because I am also a teacher, so I am not always up to date on the latest forms and procedures required when submitting contracts. What impressed me most was Jennifer's willingness to help me navigate the process every step of the way. Even though she would be sharing the commission with me, she went far beyond what most Realtors would do. In a market where many agents are often reluctant to provide assistance when they are not receiving the full commission, Jennifer's generosity, professionalism, and integrity truly stood out. Her assistant, Felipe Deupi, was equally exceptional.
