Jennifer is a trusted and top notch realtor. Both her and her Father John are awesome at understanding our needs and helping us achieve what we want. They have helped me out three times now on both the buying and selling end of real estate. If I ever have any question, they are both there to provide the info and solutions needed. Jennifer helped me out immensely when it cam to sell my Mom's home in 2021 and now my home in 2024. It didn't matter that I am now out of state, she was able to handle and coordinate all facets of preparing the home for sale. We even got over asking price for the house. Jennifer and her Dad are very caring people and work great as a Team even though her Dad is now out of state as well. I don't think I could trust my real estate transactions with anyone else in the Bay Area. My only regret is that I don't have any more houses to sell with them there. I am the property manager for a non-profit and Jennifer recently helped us sell one of our residential houses. She made the process (and my job) far easier than I ever expected. She listened to us when we described our expectations for how much time and money we wanted to spend and she helped us think through what renovations were worth doing and what return to expect for each project. She never pressured us to do anything we decided against. She provided a number of wonderful contractors that did excellent work and even found a second landscaper when the first one was priced twice as high as the former, also her suggestion.Once we listed the property everything went as she expected and had clearly communicated with us. From open houses, time on the market, multiple offers and settlement we were never surprised and sold the house for a sum that we were very happy with and that was very close, but slightly higher, to what she had told us to expect.
