Jen was nice and kind and very helpful in the last month and half to sell my house. Not happier to have chooser her has my agent. She will always recommend stuff that she thinks is wrong or needed to be fixed.
You shouldn't choose another realtor. Jen worked hard for me to get the best deal and did an amazing job for me. She had the listing up quickly, it looked very professional and painted my home in a great light. She gave me daily updates on traffic and offers and spent quite a bit of time going over everything so that I understood clearly the best offer for me. You shouldn't choose another realtor.
She knows what she is doing. She did every thing to expedite everything that made it all fit perfectly..I felt she was my friend also. She came to my house and picked up papers and went and copied them at office and brought them to me.she sent me all the phone numbers to gas electric and Comcast. She also took my registry of my new place to city of Waterford.This was 2021 I worked with her.
Jen was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. She was with me through the long slog of a house search and readily available to show a house (even if it meant she had to be across town soon after) and offer opinions on the pros/cons. Throughout the process, she really picked up on what was important to my fiance and me and really made things run smoothly. She always provided great information going into a showing that helped with the decision making process. Couldn't be more thankful and look forward to working with her in the future!
Jen is very thorough and detail oriented. She was spot on with the listing price and projected seller’s proceeds. She kept me from having to deal with the minutiae and I’m glad I listened to her advice throughout as she definitely knows what she’s doing!
