If I had engaged Jen earlier in our home-prep process, I would have saved us a lot of time, energy, and sleepless nights. Once I did have Jen to guide me as we finished prepping our home for sale, life was a lot less stressful and we had our home listed quickly. She helped us focus on the right things and she was usually 2-steps ahead on any questions or concerns I had. Jen was always ready to jump in and help with anything we needed - even dog sitting and power-washing. Her marketing is top notch - from the professional photographer who captured beautiful images of our property to her innovative Instagram & Facebook posts and videos - she did amazing work. Jen is so detail oriented and organized, keeping us apprised of all developments and on task for completing our activities during the selling process on time. She was always available and maintained steady communication, so I always felt informed and comfortable through the entire process. Jennifer was the most fantastic realtor that I have ever seen or dealt with in 20 years in business. She was able to get me more money per square foot than any other home in the area on the market that wasn’t a multimillion home. She has the best team from photographer to title people and more.
