If I had engaged Jen earlier in our home-prep process, I would have saved us a lot of time, energy, and sleepless nights. Once I did have Jen to guide me as we finished prepping our home for sale, life was a lot less stressful and we had our home listed quickly. She helped us focus on the right things and she was usually 2-steps ahead on any questions or concerns I had. Jen was always ready to jump in and help with anything we needed - even dog sitting and power-washing. Her marketing is top notch - from the professional photographer who captured beautiful images of our property to her innovative Instagram & Facebook posts and videos - she did amazing work. Jennifer was the most fantastic realtor that I have ever seen or dealt with in 20 years in business. I can't say enough about Jennifer McKinney Seet. We had two rental properties in Indiana that had been mismanaged for years.
