Jennifer is an amazing person and and an a phenomenal realtor. She is detail oriented (especially when we are not as much), great at communicating and making deals come together even when they seem to be out of reach. She is a great negotiator and goes all the extra miles to make sure everything is perfect and complete. She is now part of the family.

She is one of the smartest women I have ever met. Women are way more smarter then us. Our process started in October. It took us until January to list it. She hired the photographer. Listed and showed it. Adjusted the price. We got an offer that fell out. We got a new offer. Jennifer closed it in June. There were a handful of times when the deal could have went sideways. Jennifer was there guiding the deal to market. Many times she would tell me to to stop tripping or pray a rosary and come back to her. She knows her craft. RESOURCE RICH. Frankly, she is good people.
